- How do I buy a car wash? At the pay station out front of the car wash, at the fuel pump, or at any register inside the store — your pick!
- How do I get the fuel discount wash? Insert your card at the pump. When the screen asks if you’d like a car wash, press “Yes.” Fuel up and grab your receipt. Your wash code is printed on the receipt. Codes are good for 365 days. All sales final.
- How do I redeem a wash code? Pull up to a gate at the car wash entrance. Tap the screen, hit “ENTER WASH CODE,” and punch in the code from your receipt. Pick your free add-ons, press Enter, take the receipt, and wait for the gate to lift.
- Free tire shine and free vacuums — how do those work? At the pay station, tap “Add Free Tire Shine,” “Add Free Vacuums,” or both. Tire shine applies automatically at the end of the tunnel. Your vacuum code prints on the receipt and is good for 30 days.
- How do I use the vacuums? Pull into any open lane. Enter your vacuum code at the driver-side kiosk and press Enter.
- Can I vacuum without buying a wash? You bet. There’s a stand-alone kiosk at the vacuums where you can buy time directly.
- Does my vehicle fit? Max height: 7 ft. Minimum ground clearance: 4 in. Max tire width: 13.5 in. If you’re outside those numbers, we can’t safely run you through. Vehicles with dual rear wheels (dually trucks) are too wide for our car wash and cannot be accommodated.
- Is it touchless? Nope. We use lubricated soft-foam fingers — gentle on your paint, tough on road grime.
- My car has auto-hold. Is that a problem? Auto-hold, auto-park, and similar driver assists need to be turned off before you enter the tunnel. Check your owner’s manual if you’re not sure how.
- Should I pre-treat bugs and grime first? If your car’s had a rough day, use our self-serve bug prep stations near the entrance. There’s a sprayer and a brush — give the heavy spots a once-over before heading to the wash.
- Got anything for the inside of my car? Yes. Towels, glass cleaner, and a full lineup of detail products are stocked in the vending machine at the car wash.
