We were very impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of your store. The gas area was very clean, no trash laying around, and the windshield buckets were full of clean windshield wash. The store, itself, was very well lit and had a huge selection of food and drinks. In fact, it took us 30 minutes to decide on what to get. We didn’t try the fresh food bar, but it looked delicious and was well stocked. The best part was the restroom, though. It was extra clean and a staff member was mopping the floor when I went in. The employees were friendly and smiled for the most part; the cashier was polite and thanked us when we left.
This was our first stop at a Buc-ee’s on the way to Oklahoma City and we liked the store so much we stopped on the way back to Houston. The advertisements were well placed and gave us an idea as to we had to hold it!

Keep up the great work and you will be seeing us again on our next road trip!

Big kudo\’s to Buc-ees….have lived in Wharton Texas for 35 yrs and can happily say that I am so proud to have a store of this caliber here. Staff is always so helpful and friendly. Restrooms are so clean – not afraid to take my little grand-daughter in there. The gas pumps are spotless and I don’t fee l dirty when I pump diesel. Thank you for allowing one of your stores to be built here!

Over the past year, we have made several trips from our home in Oklahoma to the Austin and Houston TX areas. We noticed the clean looking Buc-ees stores on our trips so we decided to stop and check one out. Needless to say we were impressed with the cleaniness of the store especially the restrooms! And, the food and beverage selections were excellent. With the good first impression, we made it a point to seek out other Buc-ee’s on our route. We located one just northwest of Houston on 290 and one near Madisonville. Both of those stores measured up to the first store we stopped at between Houston and Austin. My wife and I are really impressed with your overall operation, and we want to congratulate you on the quality of your stores and services. We now make it a point to plan our stops at your Buc-ee’s locations!

I LOVE Bucees! I went to the one in Madisonville, & it was great! 2 of my friends have never been to a Bucees, & they also loved it. The service was amazing! Everyone was very polite, & friendly. Plus, the products offered are great! There’s a large variety of things to buy & of course the Bucee’s shirts are the cutest! Thanks for creating such a wonderful gas station like Bucee’s! I forgot it was a gas station when I went in. You guys should make one closer to Houston.!

I was on a bus journey with our parish this past weekend, and we made “pit stops” at Buc-ee’s outbound and inbound. I didn’t even know there was such a thing as Buc-ee’s, but everyone else did! What most impressed me was the CLEANLINESS of EVERYTHING, and the friendliness and courtesy of all the young people staffing the business. Something is working well at Buc-ee’s! I RECENTLY DISCOVERED BUC-EES ON A TRIP TO HOUSTON . WE STOPPED GOING UP AND BACK TO THE RIOGRANDE VALLEY OF TEXAS.

WHEN I FIRST SAY BUC-EES I THOUGHT I I HAD DIED AND GONE TO HEAVEN … AND I HAVE BEEN IN LOVE WITH BUC-EES EVER SINCE !!!

THIS IS JUST SOMETHING I THOUGHT ABOUT ON THE WAY HOME…
WONDERFULL SELECTION OF GOODEES …I AM JUST POOR WISHING I COULD AFFORD SUCH NICE THINGS.

WONDERFUL PEOPLE …THE CLEANEST STORE I HAVE EVERSEEN ….GENUINELY THE RESTROOMS ARE SO BEAUTIFULLY KEPT AND CLEAN YOU COULD EAT OFF THE FLOOR…

USUALLY IN A MENS ROOMS ELSE WHERE , YOU COULD FIND BACTERIA THE SIZE OF COACH ROACHES AND ROACHES TOO !!!

BUT TRULLY I LOVE BUCC-EES

SO MUCH SO MY LOVE FOR BUC-EES , THAT WHEN I DIE … I WANT TO BE CREMATED AND TO HOLD MY FUNERAL IN FRONT OF THE DELI COUNTER THERE AT THE WHARTON STORE !!!

GUESTS AND MOURNERS WOULD HOLD THE SERVICE THERE , THEN GO TO THE MENS ROOM FAR BACK STALL .

THE REVEREND WOULD MAKE A FEW REMARKS !!! ASHES TO ASHES DUST TO DUST AND SOMETHING NEW “FLUSH TO FLUSH” THEN APPROPRIATELY , FLUSH MY ASHES AFTER THE THE SERVICE.

AFTERWARDS GUESTS AND MOURNERS WOULD RECESS TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE FOR A WAKE AND OPEN DELI . ALL PRE-PAID FROM MY LIFE INSURANCE … NATURALLY !!!

BUT THIS IS ONLY A PASSING FANCY … JUST DAY DREAMING

BUT NOT A BAD WAY TO SPEND ETERNATY !!! …WE All have our own vision and version of heaven … for me buc-ees is it …

SIMPLEY HEANVEN AND # 1 AND 2 ON MY … IF YOU WILL FOR GIVE… ON MY “BUC – KET” LIST AT BUC-EE’S … COME TO THINK OF IT …THAT IS A NOT A BAD IDEA… TO START IS A “BUC-EE’S BUC – KET LIST” …. HAHAHA !!!

i hope to come back that way … with money in hand and spend at “buc-ees it’s better than a trip to vegas”

I ONLY WISH WE HAD A BUC-EE’S HERE IN HARLINGEN TEXAS ANY HPE OF THAT ?

My wife and I were driving through Madisonville on our way from Houston to Dallas and we stopped in Buc-ee’s. WOW, is all I can say! That place had the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen and all the employee’s were very friendly. I manage a large retail store and I know what its like to never get told your hard work has been noticed. Good Job!!!

I love Buc-ee’s! I visit a friend in Weimar and on my way to visit, I always make it a point to stop at the Buc-ee’s in Luling. I love the quality, variety, coffee/soda bar, food and vast clean restrooms. When I find out someone hasn’t been to your store, I always tell them why they should. Buc-ee’s is an experience all its own and, of course, word of mouth is the best advertising in the world. Thank you so much for keeping your high standards and making my travel much more enjoyable!

Wonderful customer service at your Wharton location! I was so tickled everyone was so sweet. You guys rock! I’ve absolutely never seen anything like this before and wow what the experience! Everything certainly is bigger is Texas! Don’t even get me started on the bathrooms they were pristine so clean you might eat off of them! It was so nice to get off the road and I was in no way prepared for this place!! All the staff at this particular location were so pleasant and I am in LOVE with your Beef Jerky. It was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. I only wished I wasn’t in a hurry however next time I’m in Texas I’ll definitely make Bucees a must go!! JUST WONDERFUL!
